Data Center Move

A data center move is significantly more involved than breakdown, pack up, move, and reinstalling your equipment in your new data center. The move could be disruptive unless it is well planned in phases to reduce or eliminate the business impact.

We utilize the latest technologies to automatically discover all your assets in your data center, categorize them, and present the results. Crescent consultants, together with you, then decide the mission critical application and servers. After this step a plan will be developed for the move. This includes the use of technologies such as replication to create an instance of the mission critical application in the new data center with the latest data before the server and the application in the existing environment is shut down.
